Delivery times are in addition to production time. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Care
Returns: Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Made-to-order, embroidered, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, contact hello@shopval.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Care: Machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry when possible. Iron inside out on low heat. For tailored and special pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
