Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging, free from perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
All made-to-order, embroidered, altered, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@shopval.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
